Campaign
The York School proved the old saying: take care of the pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves. The students raised more than $1,000 with a penny drive, part of a successful campaign, which raised a total of $4,832! Way to go York School.
Schools and youth groups across Toronto run Youthunited Campaigns under the leadership of one or more Youthunited Ambassadors.
In 2007, 86 schools across Toronto raised $230,000! Were you one of them?
The Loonie Drive and the Enbridge CN Tower Student Climb are the heart of the Youthunited Campaign. Creative schools raise money for both through fun special events. You can check out our 2008 Spirit Award winners for some exceptional Youthunited Campaign ideas!
Youthunited Ambassadors can apply at any time by sending their application to Jodi Williams, Manager, Youthunited Campaigns. (job description & application form- pdf)
