Typically, jobs become available in Resource Development, Community Investment, Strategic Initiatives and Community Partnerships, Finance, Marketing and Communications, and Information Services. In addition to permanent roles, we also hire for a number of seasonal jobs each year and occasionally have opportunities to fill temporary vacancies.

Youth Challenge Fund: Community Grants Developer
BASIC FUNCTION: An exciting opportunity exits to play an important role with Toronto’s Youth Challenge Fund (YCF) by providing day-to-day management of the allocations and the implementation of a diversity of youth-led initiatives. You will, support and act as a resource to groups and their institutional allies in developing initiatives and building partnerships; assess initiative development and implementation and make recommendations to senior staff and the YCF Partnership Steering Committee; supervise the process for fund distribution and monitor the performance of grantees, as well as, provide ongoing support to funded initiatives.
